Where do we go?
With 30 years of professional fishing knowledge, the skipper knows the best spots. We generally travel 15-20 mins south of Apollo Bay Harbor, about ½ to 1km offshore. The area is surrounded by spectacular rugged coastline of the Otway rangers and the beauty of the waters of Bass Strait and the Southern Ocean.

What do we catch?
On our trips we cater for the inexperienced to the professional fisherman. We'll bait up for you, take your fish off your hooks, and teach you how to fish. We fish in 20 fathoms of water using heavy gear, targeting bottom feeding fish, such as flathead or gummy shark, barracouta and snapper.

How long do we go for?
Trips vary from 2 hrs for families to 8hrs for the more keen fisherman.
The most popular trip is 4hrs long. This trip usually runs twice a day starting at 7 or 8am in the morning and again at 2 or 3pm in the afternoon.

What do we provide?
We supply all the best fishing gear, rod, bait and tackle; Ice for your fishing and to keep your drinks cold; bags to take your catch home.
Our crew is trained and helpful. The skipper is an expert operator with all the necessary local knowledge.

Stories
During the school holidays whole families enjoyed a days fishing, catching plenty of flathead. For many this was their 1st experience out in a boat. The children get so excited and can't wait to show off their catch to the by-standers at the pier when they get home. Children remember their experience for a lifetime.

What do you need to bring?
Sunscreen, hat, jacket, camera, drinks and nibbles.

What do I wear?
Sensible shoes and loose clothing. Always bring extra clothing for warmth.

Do we need a recreational fishing license?
Yes, adults will require a fishing license. No need to worry- we're agents for the fishing license and will issue you one at the boat.
